Scott Dunn voted Best Specialist Tour Operator

It was a momentous night for Scott Dunn yesterday as we were presented with the Favourite Specialist Tour Operator award in the prestigious Condé Nast Traveller Readers’ Travel Awards 2011.

Voted for by the readers of the Condé Nast Traveller Magazine, the 14th annual Readers Travel Awards honour the best travel companies, airlines, destinations, spas and hotels worldwide. 

Andrew Dunn, who was presented the award from the evening’s host Griff Rhys Jones and Conde Nast Traveller’s Publishing Director, Simon Leadsford (pictured) in the Royal Institution of Great Britain, said, “This is a massive achievement for Scott Dunn and only made possible because of the phenomenal team that work with us both overseas in our chalets, villas and children’s clubs and in the UK. They do an incredible job and are the reason why our guests are so loyal and return to us year after year. It is also proud moment for us as it is our 25th birthday and it seems a fitting accolade after a quarter of a century.”

Scott Dunn received the award after scoring consistently above 80 per cent on all seven criteria in the Favourite Specialist Tour Operator category, receiving 89.35 per cent for reliability and 86.75 per cent for staff and service.
